Returns & Exchanges

FOR ALL RETURNS

 

Cozy Down wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly provide a refund, merchandise exchange or store credit. Please email us at info@cozydown.com within 7 days of delivery with your request.  You must receive a Return Authorization number (RA #) issued in writing by Cozy Down before proceeding.  We must receive your returned merchandise within 30 days from the original date of delivery to you.

 

We accept returns of unused items only.  All special order and sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Please enclose the items in their original packaging with all packaging materials including any paper inserts accompanied with a copy of the invoice.

 

Your returned product will be inspected to ensure its unused condition. 

 

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

 

Refunds: We will credit your original form of payment within 30 days of our receiving your returned product less a 10% restocking fee.

 

Exchanges: Please email us with the item you would like in exchange for your purchased item. 

 

Store Credit: We will be happy to offer you store credit until you decide which new item you would like to purchase.   

 

Returns by mail:

Please ship to our factory warehouse.  We suggest purchasing insurance and tracking information.  We cannot be responsible for items that are damaged or lost in transit.

Returns in person:

If you are in the Los Angeles area, we will be happy to handle your return or exchange at our flagship retail store at the address below.
